Per Year Description:
  • This full-time leadership role is based in New Haven, CT, overseeing a residential program for justice-involved adults with serious mental health needs.
  • The position requires a clinically driven professional to manage operations, support staff development, and collaborate with community partners during weekday daytime hours.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related Human Services field
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in behavioral health or human services
  • Experience in residential or congregate care settings
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously
  • Valid driver's license
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed and recovery-oriented treatment models
  • Experience with crisis management and on-call rotation
Qualifications:
  • Experience working with individuals with serious mental illness preferred
  • Familiarity with criminal justice, DOC, or state behavioral health systems preferred
  • Clinical license or license eligibility required:
LMSW, LCSW, LPC/LPCA, LMFT/LMFTA
