Job Description
Job description CT ENT Sinus Center Hearing and Balance is growing and we are looking for a patient care coordinator/front desk representative to serve as the first point of contact and face of the business for our patients. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in a service or patient facing industries, we'd like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a great experience for our patients! Responsibilities Manage inbound calls Take payments Schedule new patients, manage EHR Confirm appointments Verify, collect and upload insurance information Welcome and check in patients upon their arrival Respond to patients questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner Manage referrals, upload documentation, keep detailed records
