Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Clinical Services at the Schoke JFS location in Stamford, CT.The Director of Clinical Services will oversee and manage a multidisciplinary team, ensure high-quality delivery of mental health and social service programs, and lead staff through training and development initiatives.

Responsibilities also include program development, compliance with all applicable regulations, and fostering collaborative relationships with community partners.

QualificationsKnowledge and experience in Mental Health, Behavioral Health, and related fieldsFamiliarity with Medicine and Home Care services coordinationProven experience in staff development, mentorship, and TrainingStrong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skillsMaster's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related fieldLicensure in a relevant field, such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC, is requiredExperience in a supervisory or leadership role within a clinical settingKnowledge of community resources and commitment to culturally competent care
