Patient Care Coordinator

Integrative Medicine clinics looking for a detail-oriented Administrator to support the practice. Experience with Charm Electronic Health Records system preferred but not required. Tasks may include but are not limited to: Answering phones, Intake of new patients and referrals. Appointment setting — scheduling, managing cancellations, and sending reminders to patients. Calendar management — creating a schedule that includes appointments with patients as well as other commitments, such as meetings and events. Patient Billing - Taking payments, ensuring patient communications are routed properly and in a timely manner, following through on tasks, etc. Insurance Payment Processing Lab Test Ordering Supply Ordering Website Promotion / Content Creation / Social Media experience a plus but not required Growth opportunity for the right candidate. Detail oriented and excellent communication skills are essential, as is experience working on a healthcare environment. Interest in and desire to learn more about naturopathic medicine and other holistic approaches to patient care essential. Primarily in-person role. Must have access to working computer and cell phone that can handle VOIP calls.
