Job Description

Front Desk Position Overview :
The Front Desk Receptionist at The Skincare Studio plays a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for all clients. As the first point of contact, this position is responsible for greeting patients, managing the check-in and check-out process, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to the clinical and management teams. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced aesthetic clinic setting.
Knowledge and Skills Required Customer Service:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patient
Multitasking:
Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously with accuracy and grace under pressure.
Technology Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and appointment scheduling software; comfortable learning new platforms
Professionalism:
Polished, well groomed appearance and demeanor consistent with a high-end aesthetic clinic.
Organizational Skills:
Strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
Problem Solving:
Ability to think quickly, resolve client concerns, and escalate issues when needed.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (required); post-secondary education in business or health administration (preferred).
Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years in customer service or front desk role; experience in a medical, dental, or aesthetics office is a plus.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Skills:
Proficiency in basic administration tasks, data entry, and POS systems.
Commitment:
Friendly, dependable, and passionate about delivering outstanding client care.
Pay:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
