Regional Coordinator DOCS Medical Group Location:
Stamford, Norwalk, Bridgeport, and Stratford Job Type:
Full-Time About the Role DOCS Medical Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Coordinator to oversee operations across multiple healthcare locations. This role is ideal for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. As a Regional Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, supporting clinical teams, and enhancing patient satisfaction across all assigned sites. You will collaborate closely with site managers, providers, and administrative teams to drive performance, streamline workflows, and support our mission of improving community health outcomes. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across multiple clinic locations Ensure consistent, high-quality patient care and experience Support and guide site managers and clinic staff Optimize patient flow, intake processes, and administrative workflows Maintain accurate and compliant medical records (EHR systems) Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements Foster strong communication across clinical and administrative teams Lead operational initiatives and support new system implementations Assist in resolving patient concerns and improving satisfaction Promote community outreach and wellness initiatives. What Success Looks Like Strong operational oversight and clinic performance across all sites Improved patient satisfaction and efficiency metrics Seamless coordination between providers, staff, and leadership Implementation of process improvements and innovative solutions High standards of compliance, documentation, and care delivery
Qualifications Required:
Healthcare operations or leadership experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication (written and verbal) Experience managing or coordinating across multiple locations Proficiency with EMR systems (e.g., eClinicalWorks) Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Preferred:
1-2 years of healthcare administrative or operations experience Team leadership experience Experience with inventory or supply chain management Certifications in healthcare administration, project management, or clinical skills.
