Saint Mary Home is a member of Trinity Health Senior Communities (THSC), one of the nation's largest Catholic health care systems. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Unit Manager to lead our fast-paced, 30-bed rehabilitation unit serving a high-acuity, medically complex patient population. This role requires a confident leader who can effectively manage high patient volume and complex clinical needs. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and staff on the unit Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care Manage staffing, workflow, and team performance Collaborate across disciplines and maintain compliance Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program Current Registered Nurse in the state of CT Prior leadership or supervisory experience required Rehab, skilled nursing, or acute care experience preferred Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-demand environment Ability to supervise, coach, mentor and develop nursing staff Excellent organizational and time management skills Current CPR certification What We Offer Day 1 benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Generous PTO & paid holidays Up to $4,000/year tuition reimbursement Our Commitment Rooted in our Mission and Core Values, we honor the dignity of every person and recognize the unique perspectives, experiences, and talents each colleague brings.
