Regional Manager Role Overview:
The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring seamless patient care, efficient workflow, and compliance with company policies. This role combines leadership, operational management, and hands-on clinical duties as a Medical Assistant, requiring a balance of administrative oversight and direct patient interaction. The Site Manager upholds the company's core values by prioritizing Patients Over Everything, fostering a Trusted Companion culture among staff, and going A Step Beyond in service delivery. This Site Manager must be Driven by Excellence in their day-to-day tasks while being able to adapt to challenges with 4 Wheel Drive. 2.Key Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight:
Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and quality patient care. Manage facility needs, ensuring supplies, equipment, and resources are readily available. Implement and maintain workflows that optimize productivity and patient experience.Staff Management and Development:
Lead, mentor, and support Medical Assistants. Conduct training sessions and ensure staff competency in both clinical and administrative tasks. Promote teamwork, morale, and professional growth opportunities.Financial Management:
Monitor and manage clinic order budget and supply costs. Assist in meeting financial targets and optimizing resource allocationPatient Experience:
Ensure that every patient receives compassionate, high-quality care. Handle patient concerns and feedback promptly and professionally. Maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized clinic environment.Compliance and Quality Control:
Ensure adherence to state, federal, and company policies regarding patient care, safety, and privacy. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA, and other healthcare regulations. Conduct routine quality checks to ensure best practices are followed.Strategic Planning and Reporting:
Analyze scorecards and operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Provide reports on clinic performance, patient volume, and staffing. Collaborate with regional leadership to enhance operational success. 3.Key Competencies:
Leadership & People Management:
Ability to motivate and inspire a team while maintaining accountability. Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.Healthcare Knowledge:
Experience in urgent care operations, medical procedures, and patient care standards. Understanding of medical terminology, insurance processes, and clinical workflows.Problem-Solving & Decision-Making:
Ability to make quick, sound decisions in a fast-paced medical environment. Resourcefulness in handling operational and staffing challenges.Communication & Collaboration:
Strong verbal and written communication skills for patient interactions, team leadership, and reporting. Ability to coordinate effectively with providers, staff, and regional leadership.Organizational Skills:
Ability to multi-task, delegate, and prioritize workload efficiently. Attention to detail in documentation, scheduling, and compliance reporting. 4.Required Qualifications:
Medical Assistant Certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent). Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an urgent care, primary care, or clinical setting. Prior leadership or management experience preferred. Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. Knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA, and regulatory compliance standards. 5.Desirable Characteristics:
