Job Description

Overview Must have one of the following licenses- LCSW, Ph.D., or Psy.

D. Must have mental health experience in IOP and PHP Must have adminstrative experience - ideally in a for-profit settings. Must have clinical mental health experience ( 1-3 years) Must be willing to work some evenings and nights ( until 7 or 8 pm ) and want to work 40+ plus hours weekly. Must be highly motivated and very flexible for a variety of skills. Familiar with mental health DCF/DPH and JCAHO standards. The Director of Clinical Services plays a pivotal role in overseeing the clinical operations of our healthcare facility. This leadership position is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care ( IOP and PHP only) while adhering to regulatory standards and best practices. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in medical and healthcare management, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a commitment to improving clinical outcomes. Must have IOP/PHP experience. Directing and oversight of all IOP/PHP programs throughout CT. Must want to hustle and have incredible work ethic. Responsibilities Lead and manage clinical teams to ensure effective delivery of patient care services in mental health. Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical policies and procedures in accordance with JCAHO standards. Collaborate with other departments to enhance operational efficiency and patient satisfaction. Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards. Provide training, mentorship, and support to clinical staff to foster professional growth. Analyze clinical performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement. Serve as a liaison between clinical staff, administration, and external stakeholders. Marketing and networking for all programs. Follow directives of CEO. Skills Strong background in healthcare management principles and practices. Exceptional leadership and team management abilities. In-depth knowledge of JCAHO standards and compliance requirements. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to analyze data effectively to drive decision-making processes.
