Administrator Home Health Operations Opportunity Description Our client is a well-established and growing Home Health and Hospice organization . They are looking to add an Administrator Home Health Operations to guide clinical services and operations for a very large location in Florida. The branch is located in Altamonte Springs, FL . A Clinician (RN or PT) is required. Strong operations, financial, and clinical leadership experience in Medicare certified Home Health is a must. Relocation candidates welcome to apply. Administrator Home Health Operations Requirements Multi-site Home Health operations leadership experience or large ADC oversight of single branch Expert in Medicare Home Health regulations, OASIS, and PDGM. Clinician is required (RN or PT) Bachelor's degree required. For-profit experience Administrator Home Health Operations Responsibilities Oversite of financials, daily operations, and clinical operations. Work collaboratively with senior leadership to improve performance and processes. Support census growth and mentor other branch directors in the territory.
