Site Coordinator | Apopka, FL Randstad Inhouse Services (RIS) is looking for a skilled Site Coordinator to join our team in Apopka, FL. This role is pivotal in executing our onsite work processes and directly supporting our client s operational and strategic objectives. We are looking for a professional with a solid background in recruiting who can expertly navigate compliance, talent management, and administrative workflows.

Position Overview Pay Rate:

Monday -Friday Hours:
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (includes a 1-hour lunch break)Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent Primary Responsibilities In this role, you will specialize in ensuring full compliance across all personnel activities-from initial screenings to workers' compensation.Your daily impact will include:
Pipeline Development:
Proactively building and managing a talent pool that meets specific client output and staffing requirements.Hiring Coordination:
Facilitating the recruitment cycle by processing applications, conducting references, and administering skill assessments.Compliance & Screening:
Managing all background checks and coordinating both onsite and external drug testing.Payroll & Record Keeping:
Auditing payroll for total accuracy and maintaining secure, legally compliant electronic and physical personnel files (including I-9s and talent records).Safety & Operations:
Overseeing the inventory and distribution of safety equipment and assisting the Site Manager with additional operational tasks as needed.Candidate Requirements Recruiting Experience:
This is a mandatory requirement for the role.Administrative Expertise:
