Full-Time About the Company Our client is a growing medical device company specializing exclusively in spine surgery. Their product portfolio includes spinal implants, biologics, and procedural solutions used by spine surgeons nationwide. They are seeking an experienced Clinical Marketing Manager to serve as the clinical voice behind their marketing, surgeon education, and product development efforts. Position Overview This is a senior-level position for someone with a strong spine surgery background who can work directly with surgeons, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and industry organizations. The ideal candidate has experience in clinical marketing, clinical affairs, surgeon education, cadaver labs, and spine-related research. This role is not focused on digital marketing, advertising, or campaign management. Instead, it focuses on clinical evidence, surgeon relationships, education programs, and supporting product development. Responsibilities Clinical Evidence & Research Develop and manage clinical evidence strategies for spine products Analyze and summarize published clinical literature Coordinate abstracts, manuscripts, and publications with surgeon partners Support submissions to organizations such as NASS, SMISS, AAOS, and ISASS Track competitor clinical research and industry trends Maintain clinical evidence databases and reference materials Surgeon Education Programs Plan and manage cadaver lab training programs Develop surgical technique guides and educational materials Support surgeon speaker programs and presentations Create training programs for new procedure adoption Assist with registry and investigator education initiatives KOL & Industry Relations Build and maintain relationships with spine surgeons and key opinion leaders Manage clinical advisory boards and faculty programs Coordinate participation at national spine conferences Develop surgeon communication and engagement strategies Monitor competitor activity at industry meetings and events Commercial & Sales Support Provide clinical expertise for sales training programs Review marketing content for clinical accuracy Develop evidence-based responses to clinical and reimbursement questions Support product launches with clinical content and training Assist with complex surgeon and hospital interactions when needed Product Development Support Gather surgeon feedback and identify unmet clinical needs Provide insights on workflow improvements and product opportunities Participate in product development discussions Help evaluate new product concepts and indication expansion opportunities Share clinical market intelligence with leadership and R&D teams Qualifications Required 3+ years of Clinical Marketing or Clinical Affairs experience within Spine Experience with spine implants, biologics, SI joint fusion, or cervical fixation Strong operating room (OR) experience Experience managing cadaver labs and surgeon education programs Ability to interpret and summarize clinical literature Experience building and managing KOL relationships Active involvement with spine societies, especially NASS Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Sciences, or related field Preferred Experience with clinical registries and investigator studies Abstract or manuscript authorship Knowledge of reimbursement, CPT coding, and coverage policies Experience developing surgical training curricula Advanced degree (MBA, Master's, or related field) What We're Looking For This role is ideal for someone who already has credibility within the spine surgery community and enjoys working directly with surgeons, clinical evidence, and educational programs.
