This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office, providing administrative support to healthcare professionals, and delivering excellent service to our patients. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a welcoming environment for patients. Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner at the front desk. Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries with exceptional phone etiquette. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date patient records. Assist with clerical duties such as filing, organizing documents, and managing office supplies. Support medical staff by preparing patient charts and ensuring all necessary documentation is available for appointments. Coordinate office management tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly on a daily basis. Act as a personal assistant to healthcare providers by managing their schedules and assisting with administrative tasks as needed. Experience Previous experience in a medical office or similar administrative role is preferred but not required. Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and record management is essential. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with office management practices and procedures will be advantageous. Excellent interpersonal skills to interact positively with patients, staff, and visitors.
