Job Description

Position Summary Done In One Dental Implant Centers is seeking a highly organized, professional, and service-oriented Patient Driver / Travel Coordinator to support our patients throughout their treatment journey. This unique role combines travel coordination, patient transportation, and executive support responsibilities to ensure a seamless and exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys interacting with patients while providing outstanding customer service. This position requires excellent planning skills, flexibility, discretion, and a clean driving record. Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Travel Coordination Coordinate and book all patient travel arrangements, including flights, hotel accommodations, rental vehicles (when applicable), and related transportation needs. Communicate travel itineraries and logistics clearly to patients prior to their appointments. Monitor travel schedules and proactively address delays, cancellations, or travel-related issues. Maintain accurate records of all travel bookings and expenses. Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to align travel schedules with treatment appointments. Patient Transportation Safely transport patients to and from airports, hotels, dental appointments, and other approved destinations using company vehicles. Assist patients with luggage and provide a welcoming, professional experience. Ensure company vehicles are clean, fueled, properly maintained, and ready for daily use. Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies while operating company vehicles. Provide courteous and compassionate service to patients, many of whom may be traveling for major dental procedures. Executive Travel Support Accompany the CEO on scheduled business trips to Jacksonville twice per month, typically on Mondays. Serve as the designated driver during these trips while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Assist with travel logistics and scheduling as needed. Administrative Duties Coordinate travel-related documentation and confirmations. Maintain transportation schedules and patient pickup/drop-off calendars. Track vehicle maintenance schedules and mileage logs. Support front office and patient concierge functions when transportation duties are not required. Assist with special projects and additional operational tasks as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in travel coordination, hospitality, patient services, customer service, transportation, or executive support preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record review. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency with travel booking platforms, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar software. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Comfortable driving long distances and maintaining flexible work schedules when necessary. Physical Requirements Ability to sit and drive for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry luggage weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to assist patients entering and exiting vehicles when needed. Desired Attributes Patient-focused and compassionate demeanor.
