Job Description:
TMGOC Ventures is seeking a Project Manager to join our growing team overseeing multiple hospitality and luxury development projects. This is a hands-on role that blends technical know-how, design sensibility, and leadership to bring complex projects from concept to completion. Candidate must be located near Savannah, GA or Boca Raton, Fl as there will be significant travel required.
What You'll Do:
Oversee and coordinate capital and construction projects from inception through closeout Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to deliver high-quality results Lead coordination between ownership, design, and construction teams Review drawings, submittals, and ensure compliance with design intent Support bidding, change management, and project documentation Conduct punch walks and track completion through turnover
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Real Estate Development, or related field ~5+ years of experience in project or construction management within hospitality, luxury, or mixed-use development Deep understanding of hotel MEP/FLS systems and construction flow Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in Bluebeam, Procore, and Autodesk or similar CM software Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects while maintaining quality and detail
