Work closely with Superintendents to ensure field operations align with schedule, budget, safety, and quality requireme nts.

Manage subcontractor performance, scope coordination, procurement timelines, and contract complia nce.
Identify project risks early and develop proactive solutions to keep projects moving forw ard.
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with healthcare-specific requirements, infection control standards, life safety, phasing, and occupied facility protoc ols.
Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company professionally throughout the project lifecy cle.
Support mentoring and development of Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and other project team memb ers. Require mentsProven experience as Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with a General Contra ctor.
Minimum 5 years delivering healthcare construction projects, including hospitals, medical office buildings, clinics, surgical centers, laboratories, or occupied healthcare environm ents.
Experience managing projects from preconstruction through final clos eout.
Strong understanding of construction contracts, project financials, scheduling, subcontractor management, procurement, and change manage ment.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in fast-paced, technical construction environm ents.
Experience working on occupied healthcare facilities, phased renovations, AHCA-related projects, or infection control-sensitive environments is highly desir able.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and client-facing sk ills.
Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar platf orms.
