This position is ideal for a driven healthcare professional with leadership experience in private duty home care who is passionate about client service, operational excellence, team leadership, and strategic growth. Key Responsibilities Execute the agency's local growth strategy with accountability for revenue growth, client acquisition, and service expansion Lead and support office staff and caregivers toward shared performance goals Oversee day-to-day agency operations with a focus on efficiency, organization, and management Build a culture centered around accountability, service excellence, professionalism, and continuous improvement Assist with Medicaid applications and government contract opportunities Drive caregiver recruitment, engagement, retention, and operational alignment Establish and maintain exceptional service standards that reflect empathy, responsiveness, and trust Oversee the client experience from intake through ongoing service delivery Qualifications Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in private duty home care (skilled, non-skilled, or combination) Proven track record of operational growth and revenue development Strong communication, follow-through, leadership, and relationship-building skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining professionalism and organization What We Offer Flexible part-time or full-time opportunity Growth-oriented environment Leadership role with long-term advancement potential Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the senior care industry Additional Information We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
