The Role This is a hybrid clinical and administrative position for someone who can run the front of the house and support the provider clinically. You will be the first voice patients hear, the first face they see, and an essential part of every visit. candidates will additionally support IV therapy administration and earn the higher end of the pay range. Clinical Responsibilities Room patients, take vitals, perform InBody body composition scans, and document in OptiMantra EHR Administer injections including B12, Lipo-Mino, Tri-Immune, and peptide injections Perform phlebotomy and blood draws in office Collect specimens (urine, stool kits) and coordinate lab ordering and tracking Set up, administer, and monitor IV therapy infusions including Myers' Cocktail, Vitamin C, NAD+, and Glutathione (LPN candidates only) Assist with aesthetic procedures including Lipo-Dissolve, red light therapy setup, and scar treatment Take before and after photos for aesthetic and weight loss progress tracking Prepare exam rooms, sterilize equipment, and maintain clinical inventory Support provider during patient visits as needed Follow all HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control standards Administrative Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and manage check-in and check-out Answer all incoming phone calls and triage patient requests Manage patient communication through Spruce (text, fax, messaging) Schedule appointments and manage the provider's calendar in OptiMantra Verify insurance eligibility and benefits for primary care patients (Cigna, Curative, Tricare Select East) Submit and track prior authorizations for medications and services Collect copays, deposits, and out-of-pocket payments (cash, card, HSA, FSA, Zelle) Generate and send superbills for out-of-network reimbursement Send and receive faxes for referrals, records requests, and lab orders Conduct patient follow-ups for missed appointments, lab results, and care plan adherence Manage intake forms, consent forms, and new patient onboarding Send appointment reminders, confirmations, and post-visit follow-ups Process medical records requests and referrals Keep the front desk and reception area clean, organized, and on brand

What We Are Looking For Required:

National MA certification (CMA, RMA, CCMA), 2 or more years equivalent MA experience, OR active Florida LPN license Phlebotomy experience and willingness to perform blood draws IV therapy experience (LPN candidates only, not required for MA candidates) Front desk or medical reception experience (1 or more years) Insurance verification and prior authorization experience Comfort with EHR systems (OptiMantra, Athena, Epic, eClinicalWorks, or similar) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal High emotional intelligence and a warm, professional patient-facing presence Ability to multitask without losing attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and self-directed

Preferred:
