This leadership role involves overseeing clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality behavioral therapy services, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), experience working with children and individuals with disabilities, and a passion for patient-centered care. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clients' lives while guiding a team of clinicians and therapists. Duties Provide clinical oversight and supervision for ABA therapy programs, ensuring adherence to best practices and treatment plans. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and intake procedures, to develop individualized treatment strategies. Lead data collection efforts to monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed, utilizing medical documentation and medical records management. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality. Train, mentor, and support clinical staff in behavioral therapy techniques, including applied behavior analysis and special education strategies. Oversee the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans tailored to each client's needs, particularly for those with autism or other developmental disabilities. Ensure all clinical activities comply with legal, ethical, and organizational standards related to behavioral health and patient care. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with advancements in behavioral health, diagnostic evaluation, and medical terminology. Qualifications Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required; BCBA Partner / Clinical Director candidates should have extensive experience in behavioral therapy. Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), data collection methods, patient assessment, and behavioral health principles. Experience with medical documentation, medical records management, medical terminology, and HIPAA compliance. Demonstrated ability to lead clinical teams effectively while maintaining high standards of patient care. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, healthcare providers, and team members. Background in special education or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. This role is ideal for a compassionate leader committed to improving outcomes for individuals with disabilities through evidence-based practices and innovative approaches in behavioral health.
