We pride ourselves on providing outstanding patient care and creating a welcoming environment where patients feel valued and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, sharp, technologically savvy, and a fast learner who can manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a warm and professional demeanor. This role is much more than answering phones and scheduling appointments—it is about building relationships with patients, ensuring their experience is seamless, and helping our team deliver the highest level of service. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and create a positive first impression for every visitor. Answer phones professionally and assist patients with scheduling, questions, and appointment coordination. Schedule and manage appointments efficiently to help maintain a productive clinical schedule. Present treatment plans and financial arrangements clearly and confidently to patients. Verify insurance benefits and prepare accurate insurance estimates for recommended treatment. Coordinate specialist referrals and follow through to ensure patients receive the care they need. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all information is entered correctly and thoroughly. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient concerns with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail. Keep the reception area and waiting room clean, organized, and welcoming at all times. Ensure the waiting room remains stocked with water, coffee, snacks, and other patient amenities. Assist with patient communications, appointment confirmations, recalls, and follow-up calls. Support the clinical team and contribute to a positive, team-oriented office culture. Qualifications Previous dental front office experience preferred. Knowledge of dental insurance, treatment planning, and patient scheduling is highly desirable. Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software and office systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Experience with Dentrix or similar dental software is a plus. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
