Healthcare Professionals accepted) Hospital/Clinic - Practice Manager - Are you a healthcare leader who enjoys improving clinic performance, developing staff, and driving quality initiatives? We are seeking an experienced Practice Administrator to support multiple primary care practices throughout the region. This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who enjoys being in the field, working directly with clinic teams, and helping practices succeed through education, operational excellence, and quality improvement. If you're passionate about value-based care, coaching clinical teams, and making a measurable impact, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Travel between multiple primary care practices to provide operational support and leadership Train Medical Assistants and clinical staff on HEDIS measures, MRA coding, documentation, and quality initiatives Analyze quality and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement Ensure consistency in workflows, policies, and best practices across all clinic locations Partner with providers and clinic leadership to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency Assist with recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and developing clinical staff Support practice managers with performance improvement initiatives and employee engagement Promote compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Management, Nursing, or a related healthcare field preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience working with primary care practices Experience training Medical Assistants and other clinical support staff Strong knowledge of
HEDIS, MRA
coding, risk adjustment, quality metrics, and data analytics Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to travel regularly between multiple clinic locations Experience in value-based care or Medicare Advantage is strongly preferred Why Join Us?
