We are looking for a dynamic and growth-minded Front Office Dental Patient Coordinator to join our growing dental practice. You will be the welcoming face of our dental office, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional patient experiences. Your energetic approach will help coordinate appointments, manage patient records, verify insurance coverage, and support clinical staff with administrative tasks. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly upon arrival and assist with the check-in Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently while managing phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Handle patient communication via phone, email, and text messages Verify insurance benefits and load into medical record system Understanding insurance requirements of PPO plans such as frequencies, limitations, deductibles, downgrades, and estimates Collect payments and manage billing procedures Maintain accurate patient records by reviewing documentation for completeness Assist with intake procedures including collecting medical history forms, updating patient information, and explaining treatment plans clearly Support clinical staff by coordinating care plans, reviewing documentation for accuracy, and ensuring seamless communication between front office and clinical team Requirements Experience in front dental office (1 year minimum) Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle phone systems efficiently Familiarity with insurance verification processes Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation review Able to work Saturdays Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining professionalism under pressure Join us in creating a welcoming environment where patients feel cared for from their first contact through their entire visit.
