GENERAL MANAGER
•CLINICAL & GENERAL OPERATIONSPosition Summary The General Manager is responsible for the overall operational, administrative, financial, and clinical coordination of The Method Plastic Surgery. This role oversees all departments within the organization and ensures the clinic operates efficiently, safely, compliantly, and in alignment with the luxury patient experience standards of the brand. The General Manager works collaboratively with the Medical Director to ensure patient safety, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and implementation of clinical protocols throughout the organization. Reports To Ownership / Executive Leadership Supervises All administrative, sales, patient coordination, front desk, clinical support, operating room support, and nursing staff. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership Oversee day-to-day clinic operations across all departments. Develop and implement operational workflows and SOPs. Ensure efficient patient flow from consultation through post-operative care. Monitor clinic productivity, staffing efficiency, and operational performance. Coordinate vendor relationships, purchasing, and operational contracts. Oversee scheduling and staffing allocation. Ensure luxury-level patient experience standards are maintained. Identify operational inefficiencies and implement corrective actions. Assist in facility growth planning and expansion initiatives. Clinical Operations Oversight Collaborate with the Medical Director to ensure clinical compliance and patient safety. Oversee implementation of clinical protocols and regulatory standards. Ensure proper documentation workflows are followed. Monitor compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, AAAASF, OSR, and DOH standards. Coordinate compliance readiness and inspection preparation. Assist in incident reporting and corrective action planning. Ensure staff maintain current certifications and training. Human Resources & Staff Management Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train staff. Conduct staff evaluations and performance management. Develop leadership accountability structures. Manage disciplinary actions and corrective action plans. Build staffing schedules and department structures. Foster team culture and interdepartmental communication. Ensure role clarity and accountability throughout the organization. Financial & Business Operations Assist with budgeting and expense management. Oversee payroll coordination and commission tracking. Monitor operational costs and vendor pricing. Assist ownership with profitability and growth strategies. Track KPIs and operational metrics. Review revenue trends and operational performance. Coordinate purchasing and inventory management systems. Sales & Patient Experience Oversight Oversee sales department structure and accountability. Assist in development of consultation workflows and conversion strategies. Ensure patient communication standards are maintained. Monitor CRM workflow implementation. Oversee patient satisfaction initiatives. Assist in resolution of escalated patient concerns. Regulatory & Compliance Responsibilities Maintain clinic readiness for inspections and surveys. Oversee policy and procedure development. Ensure compliance with Florida regulations and facility standards. Coordinate documentation for accreditation and compliance programs. Oversee biomedical and sterilization compliance processes. Ensure safe clinical and operating room environments. Qualifications Minimum 5 years healthcare operations leadership experience preferred. Experience in plastic surgery, ambulatory surgery, aesthetics, or surgical operations strongly preferred. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Experience with compliance, staffing, and operational systems. Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, AAAASF, and Florida healthcare regulations. Strong communication and conflict resolution skills. Ability to manage multiple departments simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.Pay:
