Description The Manager of Physician Relations will work with the Director and is responsible for developing and retaining customer relationships to facilitate business growth for designated service line(s) and other key hospital services. The Manager represents a key role in multiple hospitals and represents the hospitals/facilities in a strategic capacity. Responsible for attracting and recruiting high caliber physicians to join the medical staff. Responsible for advancing business development and identifying areas of potential growth to increase market share and maintain a competitive advantage. Provides support in long-term, strategic planning.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree Required. Masters preferred. Must have a minimum of 3 years healthcare related experience in business development.
