Job Description

Clinical Program Director Position Summary South County Mental Health Center, Inc. is seeking an experienced and strategic Clinical Program Director to oversee outpatient and community-based behavioral health programs, including therapy, case management, forensics, residential services, Navigate, and psychosocial rehabilitation programs. This senior leadership role is responsible for supervising clinical operations, improving service delivery, ensuring contractual and quality outcomes, and supporting the organization's mission of accessible, high-quality behavioral healthcare. About Us South County Mental Health Center, Inc. is a private, non-profit, Joint Commission-accredited behavioral healthcare provider serving Southeast Palm Beach County. We are dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality mental health services to individuals and families in our community. Minimum Qualifications Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related human services field meeting licensure requirements under F.S. 490 or 491 Current Florida licensure as a practitioner under
F.S. 491
Minimum five (5) years of behavioral healthcare administration experience Minimum two (2) years of senior management experience (CEO, COO, Program Director, or equivalent) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems
Preferred Qualifications:

Monday - Friday (hours may vary based on organizational needs)
