Dental Treatment Coordinator

Lead Clinical Treatment Coordinator - Dental Office Experience Required Advanced Dentistry of South Florida is seeking an experienced Lead Clinical Treatment Coordinator to join our fast-paced, multi-specialty private practice in Delray Beach, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong dental professional with leadership ability, advanced treatment coordination experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care in a high-end clinical environment. Schedule:

Full-Time | Monday -

Friday Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate complex treatment plans and multi-phase cases from diagnosis through completion Support case acceptance through patient communication, education, and follow-up Collaborate closely with doctors, specialists, and clinical teams to ensure seamless patient care Lead onboarding, mentoring, and day-to-day support for clinical team members Maintain accurate documentation, insurance coordination, and treatment sequencing Manage hospital-based case logistics and continuity of care Utilize dental technologies including Dentrix, iTero, CBCT, and Overjet Support clinical workflow efficiency and uphold a high standard of patient experience

Qualifications:

MUST have dental office experience Minimum 5 years of dental practice experience required Strong background in treatment coordination and case presentation Knowledge of dental insurance workflows, CDT coding, and revenue cycle processes Leadership or team lead experience preferred Comfortable working across both clinical and administrative functions Invisalign workflow and provisional fabrication experience is a plus Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
