Our infusion centers specialize in the administration of iron infusions, vitamin therapies, and other prescription medications, with a strong focus on safety, comfort, and clinical excellence. Our mission is to proactively identify and treat iron deficiency and related conditions in women through evidence-based care, streamlined processes, and an exceptional patient experience. We are committed to creating infusion environments that are efficient, welcoming, and designed around the unique needs of our patients. FEM Women's Health is supported by a collaborative, multidisciplinary team of experienced infusion nurses, advanced practice providers, and physicians. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an APP who is excited to support strong clinical workflows and uphold high standards of care across multiple infusion center locations. Job Overview We are seeking a Full-Time Float Advanced Practice Provider , either a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant , to support our growing infusion center operations across FEM Women's Health locations, including our new Doral Infusion Center and Cooper City Infusion Center . This is a full-time position, initially scheduled at approximately 32 hours per week , with benefits available in accordance with company policy. Additional hours may become available in the future based on clinic volume, staffing needs, and operational growth. The APP will primarily provide coverage at the Doral Infusion Center on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, and at the Cooper City Infusion Center on Fridays. Flexibility is required, as the role may also include occasional coverage at other FEM infusion center locations based on operational needs. The ideal candidate is clinically confident, adaptable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient infusion setting. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with infusion nurses, physicians, and administrative team members to ensure safe and efficient patient care. Schedule Requirements This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position , initially scheduled at approximately 32 hours per week . The expected core schedule will include:

Doral Infusion Center Clinic hours are generally 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM . Additional hours may be offered in the future based on clinic volume, staffing needs, and overall operational growth. Flexibility is required, as coverage needs may evolve as FEM continues to expand. Duties Perform pre-infusion assessments and ensure patients are clinically appropriate to proceed with treatment Review patient history, symptoms, labs, medications, and treatment plans as applicable Evaluate patients for any concerns prior to infusion and determine whether treatment should proceed, be held, or require provider escalation Provide patient education regarding infusion expectations, treatment plans, possible side effects, and post-infusion care Assess and manage infusion-related symptoms or reactions in collaboration with the infusion nurse and supervising physician Place or review appropriate orders in accordance with clinic protocols and provider direction Document patient encounters clearly and accurately in the electronic medical record Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and administrative team members to support safe and efficient clinic flow Assist with clinical decision-making and escalation when patient concerns arise Support adherence to FEM clinical protocols, safety standards, and documentation expectations Float between assigned FEM infusion center locations based on operational needs Skills & Qualifications Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the State of Florida Current board certification as applicable Experience in women's health, hematology, infusion medicine, internal medicine, urgent care, or outpatient care preferred Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills Ability to work independently while following established protocols and escalation pathways Comfortable assessing patients in a fast-paced outpatient infusion setting Excellent communication skills with patients, families, physicians, nurses, and team members Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to document clearly, accurately, and efficiently in the electronic medical record Flexible, team-first mindset and willingness to float between Doral, Cooper City, and other FEM locations as needed (South Miami) Reliable transportation required Preferred Experience Prior APP experience in an outpatient clinical setting Infusion center experience Iron deficiency or hematology experience Women's health experience Experience managing infusion reactions or urgent patient concerns Familiarity with eClinicalWorks or similar electronic medical record system Benefits This position is initially expected to be approximately 32 hours per week and is eligible for benefits in accordance with company policy. Additional hours may become available as clinic volume increases and operational needs grow.
