This is a unique opportunity for a clinical leader who is passionate about elevating patient care, mentoring teams, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and families navigating advanced illness. Since 1978, Trustbridge Hospice has been honored to serve families across Palm Beach and Broward counties with compassionate, community-based care. Formed from the legacy of Hospice by the Sea and Hospice of Palm Beach County, we continue to provide comfort, dignity, and peace to those facing advanced illness. ss. What You'll do As an RN Manager, you will blend clinical expertise with leadership to guide a high-performing interdisciplinary team.
You will:
Champion our mission: Consistently model and support Trustbridge Hospice's mission, vision, and values Provide clinical leadership: Assess, plan, guide, and evaluate patient care to ensure the highest standards of quality and compassion Lead the interdisciplinary team: Oversee and coordinate the IDG, fostering collaboration among physicians, nurses, and field staff Drive excellence in care delivery: Ensure individualized, patient-centered care plans are developed, implemented, and continuously evaluated Collaborate across teams: Partner with management, physicians, and clinical staff to promote a cohesive, team-based approach Develop and mentor staff: Support the training, coaching, and performance evaluation of clinical team members Ensure quality and compliance: Oversee clinical documentation and contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of accurate, complete clinical records What You'll Need Registered Nurse currently licensed in the State of Florida. BSN preferred Hospice certification preferred. Current Basic Life Support Certification. One year of recent leadership experience in hospice, oncology, medical/surgical, or home health, public/health, geriatric care experience preferred. Expertise in support skills, palliative care, and educational techniques. Basic computer skills and EMR software experience a plus. Why Join Empath Health?
