Dental Patient Care Coordinator

Are you warm, organized, and confident in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to assist patients and families with their visits to our office. This role is key to creating an exceptional patient experience — from the first phone call through check-out.

What You'll Do:

Welcome patients and families with a positive, upbeat attitude Answer calls, schedule appointments, and manage confirmations Accurately enter patient information and maintain records Process payments and review membership plan options Obtain signatures on forms, insurance coordination, and HIPAA compliance Work closely with the clinical and administrative team to keep the day running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication skills — warm, professional, and compassionate Highly organized and comfortable multitasking Confident with computers and willing to learn dental software (Ortho2 experience is a plus!) Calm and composed in a busy environment Positive, team-oriented mindset Dental experience preferred but not required
