About the Role Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a hospitality adaptive-reuse and renovation project in Fort Myers. This role requires a seasoned construction professional capable of managing complex renovations, stakeholder communication, phasing logistics, and overall project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead project execution from preconstruction, buyout, construction, turnover, and warranty Develop and manage budget, schedule, risk tracking, procurement plan, and reporting Oversee subcontractors, vendors, contracts, change orders, pay applications, and cost forecasting Coordinate design teams, consultants, RFIs, submittals, and field issue resolution Drive phasing and sequencing strategies for occupied or existing-condition environments Maintain strong owner-facing communication and project reporting cadence
Qualifications:
Strong project management experience in hospitality, renovation, adaptive-reuse, or high-end interiors Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and change management Experience working in existing-condition or phased construction environments Strong communication skills with ownership and stakeholders Field-aware leadership approach (not purely office-based PM) Calm, decisive, and able to manage ambiguity and fast-moving project conditions
Pay:
$125,000.00
