as a Home Health Agency Administrator/Alternative DON, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of care for our patients in Fort Myers, FL and surrounding areas. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team and make a significant impact in the home health industry.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the home health agency to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a high-quality care team. Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient care and operational efficiency. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care plans and services. Monitor financial performance and assist in budget preparation and management. Requirements:
Proven experience in home health administration or a similar leadership role. Valid nursing license (RN) preferred, with knowledge of home health regulations.
