Patient Care Coordinator Kinetix Physical Therapy - Gainesville, FL Kinetix Physical Therapy is a physical therapist-owned private practice in southwest Gainesville. We are seeking a reliable, organized, and patient-focused Patient Care Coordinator to join our fast-paced front office team. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and being part of a positive, team-oriented clinic, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Greet and check in patients Answer phones and manage call logs Schedule new and existing patients Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage Collect payments and manage patient billing Complete new patient intake and data entry Maintain a clean, welcoming front office Support patient follow-through and plan of care scheduling What We're Looking For Experience in healthcare or customer service (required) Strong multitasking and organizational skills Professional, positive demeanor Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data entry Team player with a long-term growth mindset Willing to participate in community outreach events Why Join Kinetix?
