What You Will Do:
Lead Conversion & Strategic Scheduling You own the first impression and the follow-through. Your mission is to keep the schedule optimized, reduce no-shows, and ensure no patient slips through the cracks.
Drive Growth:
Convert new patient inquiries and warm referrals into scheduled evaluations.
Proactive Follow-Up:
Make timely calls, emails, and text reminders to keep patients consistent with their care plans. Master the

Maintain a tight, efficient clinic calendar, managing cancellations and filling gaps quickly.
Listen, Don't Script:
Ask the right questions, address hesitations with empathy, and guide prospects naturally without sounding robotic. Insurance Navigation & Patient Advocacy You will help patients understand their benefits so they can focus on healing, not financial surprises. Verify insurance benefits and secure necessary authorizations efficiently. Explain deductibles, copays, and coverage clearly and respectfully. Accurately collect payments during check-in and check-out. Identify missing administrative data early to prevent any delays in patient care. Front Office Mastery You keep the daily clinic operations running smoothly with a sense of calm, warmth, and professionalism. Greet and check in patients, setting a positive tone for their visit. Keep patient records immaculate within Stride EMR . Maintain seamless communication with therapists and support staff to ensure smooth transitions. Assist with light marketing, patient outreach, and social media tasks during downtime. You Are a
Strong Fit If You Have:
Experience:
1 to 2 years in a medical front desk or patient care coordinator role (Physical Therapy experience is a major plus).
The Gift of Gab:
Confident phone presence, strong active listening skills, and the ability to handle objections gracefully.
Tech Savvy:
Comfortable with multitasking between phones and documentation; experience with EMRs ( Stride preferred ).
Industry Knowledge:
A solid grasp of insurance verification, authorizations, and basic healthcare terminology.
High Reliability:
Exceptional organizational skills, laser-focused detail orientation, and unwavering dependability.
Language Skills:
