What You'll Do As a Patient Coordinator, you are the heart of the clinic experience. You are often the first and last impression, and you play a huge role in how our clients feel about their journey with us. Welcome and connect with clients to create a comfortable, positive experience Educate clients on treatments, services, and membership options Help guide clients toward the right solutions for their goals Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and daily clinic flow Work closely with providers to ensure every visit feels seamless Contribute to a positive, team-driven environment Consistently work toward personal and team goals What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who brings great energy, is eager to learn, and wants to grow within the Refresh family.
