Tiered salary structure ranging from $90,000 to $150,000 annually , based on experience, leadership scope, and organizational growth About House of Hearts ABA House of Hearts ABA is a rapidly growing, family-centered ABA therapy company focused on delivering fast, consistent, and high-quality care to children with autism. We're committed to clinical excellence and operational efficiency—and we're looking for a Clinical Director who embodies both. About the Role This is a senior leadership role for a highly experienced BCBA with deep operational knowledge and a vision for scale. The Clinical Director will serve as both the clinical leader and the operational architect of our systems, directly overseeing all BCBAs while developing infrastructure for continued growth and success. This role requires a full-time commitment of 40-50 hours/week and is ideal for someone eager to build a long-term future with a company that's scaling with purpose. Key Responsibilities Clinical & Team Leadership Supervise, mentor, and evaluate BCBA team members Lead onboarding and training programs for clinical staff Oversee treatment quality, outcomes, and fidelity Ensure compliance with best practices and clinical standards Operational Oversight Create and implement SOPs across all functions: intake, onboarding, billing, and clinical documentation Collaborate with intake, operations, and billing teams to streamline internal systems Develop onboarding pipelines for new clients and staff to ensure consistency and timeliness Strategic Growth Design scalable systems to support multi-state and multi-region expansion Track organizational milestones and clinical capacity Serve as a key voice in company-wide strategy and operations Assist in preparation for accreditation and compliance (e.g., BHCOE, CASP) Qualifications Active BCBA certification (required) 5+ years practicing as a BCBA (required) 5+ years as a Clinical Director or equivalent operations-facing leadership role (required) Proven experience leading multi-clinician teams Strong understanding of insurance processes, billing, and ABA compliance standards Systems-builder with strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Must reside in Florida, Colorado, Maryland, Texas, California, or the Chicago area Compensation W-2
