The role ensures services are trauma-informed, community-centered, and culturally responsive. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in clinical practice, staff development, and community engagement. This position plays a key role in supporting families affected by trauma and improving access to healing services. Responsibilities Oversee and support caseload management for a team of Community Mental Health Workers serving approximately 15-20 families per CMHW for each 4-6 month cycle. Supervise and support Community Mental Health Workers using trauma-informed, wrap-around, and culturally responsive approaches. Monitor service delivery to ensure quality, compliance, and alignment with program goals. Facilitate regular team meetings and provide clinical guidance and case consultation. Support community outreach efforts and help plan trauma-informed events and initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners and local agencies. Identify training needs and coordinate staff development opportunities. Assist with documentation, reporting, and continuous program improvement. Ensure the program consistently meets performance measures and quality assurance requirements aligned with the Results-Based Accountability framework established by CSC. Participate actively in Learning Communities, CSC partnership meetings, and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) processes. Actively engage in CSC's Results-Based Accountability framework, contributing to continuous learning, data-driven improvements, and sharing of best practices. Enter and manage participant data into the SAMIS system accurately and in accordance with CSC reporting requirements and timelines. Review and counter-sign all documentation within one week of CMHW's submission. Expected to provide Supervision at minimum once a week in either individual or group supervision format. Requirements A minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience overseeing trauma-informed services within diverse community settings. Masters Degree in Social Work or related fields Reliable transportation and valid Florida driver's license (required) Availability for occasional evening and weekend work (required) Willingness to complete a mandatory, paid 30-hour training and (If not already completed) (required) Pass a background screening and drug test (required) Required to complete CSC-provided trainings including but not limited to Trauma-Informed Care, Ethics, Motivational Interviewing, and Leadership and Management within CSC established timelines. Commitment to complete required CSC training, including self-care practices and strategies to mitigate risks of vicarious trauma. Mandatory participation in initial and ongoing CSC-funded professional development and certification processes relevant to the role. Nice-to-Haves Bilingual in Spanish, or Creole, (preferred) Familiarity with South Broward County's community resources and needs (preferred) Experience working in community-based, culturally responsive mental health programs (preferred)
