Qualifications:
2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop teams Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences and handle guest relations with professionalism Solid understanding of P&L, labor control, and cost management Experience with scheduling, inventory, and operational systems Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, waterfront, high-energy environment Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
