About us At All Together Wellness, a clinician-owned private practice dedicated to client-centered care in Jacksonville Beach, FL. We foster a professional, supportive, and enjoyable work environment. Our primary mission is to empower families to thrive by offering accessible therapy and wellness solutions. Patient Care Coordinator The Patient Care Coordinator is the first impression and front-of-house experience curator at All Together Wellness. This role blends hospitality, sales support, and clinical coordination to create a seamless, elevated experience for every family who walks through our doors. In this boutique, wellness-forward practice, the Patient Care Coordinator plays a key role in guiding clients from inquiry to care—confidently communicating our services, supporting conversions into programs and memberships, and ensuring each visit feels polished, personal, and professional. This position is a full-time role in our Jacksonville Beach clinic.
The Right Candidate:
This role is ideal for someone who loves blending hospitality, wellness, and operations—and who takes pride in creating an experience that feels both elevated and deeply personal. Personable, confident, and naturally service-oriented with a sales-friendly mindset Comfortable discussing services, pricing, programs, and value with families Tech-savvy and confident using Canva, CRM platforms, EMRs, and Google Workspace Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Calm, adaptable, and professional in a fast-paced, client-facing environment Aligned with a wellness-focused, relationship-driven model of care
What You'll Do:
Deliver a warm, elevated front-desk experience that reflects a boutique/med-spa standard of care Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries—both in person and digitally Confidently communicate services, programs, memberships, and next steps in care Schedule and coordinate appointments across multiple service lines using a CRM and EMR Support client onboarding, follow-ups, and retention through thoughtful communication Assist with payment collection, package tracking, and basic insurance coordination Maintain accurate client records and workflows within CRM and EMR systems Collaborate with providers and leadership to optimize schedules, client flow, and experience Help maintain a polished, organized, and welcoming clinic environment
