- Provide comprehensive care for patients, ensuring effective treatment plans tailored to diverse medical needs.
- Lead clinical meetings to address operational priorities and enhance patient care strategies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient transitions and coordinated care.
- Mentor healthcare providers to achieve excellence in clinical and operational performance.
- Monitor clinical outcomes and develop strategies for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Support recruitment efforts to expand clinical staff and enhance patient membership.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation in compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
- Participate in professional development programs to enhance leadership and operational skills. Job Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with active state licensure.
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience; 10 years preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare documentation systems.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of employment.
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring clinical teams.
- Ability to travel locally and nationally for training and recruitment purposes.
- Commitment to maintaining board certification and completing CME activities.
