  • Provide comprehensive care for patients, ensuring effective treatment plans tailored to diverse medical needs.
  • Lead clinical meetings to address operational priorities and enhance patient care strategies.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient transitions and coordinated care.
  • Mentor healthcare providers to achieve excellence in clinical and operational performance.
  • Monitor clinical outcomes and develop strategies for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Support recruitment efforts to expand clinical staff and enhance patient membership.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation in compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
  • Participate in professional development programs to enhance leadership and operational skills. Job Requirements
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with active state licensure.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics.
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience; 10 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare documentation systems.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of employment.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring clinical teams.
  • Ability to travel locally and nationally for training and recruitment purposes.
  • Commitment to maintaining board certification and completing CME activities.
