This role partners closely with Directors of Nursing and clinical teams to ensure consistent standards, best practices, and regulatory compliance across the region. The Florida Regional Clinical Manager functions as a coach, mentor, educator, and clinical expert while helping ensure every patient receives exceptional care. What You'll Do Clinical Leadership & Oversight Provide clinical leadership to Directors of Nursing and clinical teams Promote consistent standards of care across all assigned branches Assist with complex clinical situations and problem resolution Serve as a mentor and resource for clinical leadership staff Support succession planning and development of future clinical leaders Quality & Compliance Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, accreditation, and company standards Conduct clinical audits and documentation reviews Lead clinical quality improvement initiatives Monitor patient outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement Maintain survey readiness across all assigned locations Assist branches during surveys, audits, and accreditation reviews Staff Development & Education Coach and develop Directors of Nursing and clinical teams Assist with onboarding and training of clinical leaders Provide ongoing education related to regulatory changes and clinical best practices Promote accountability and professional growth throughout the organization Patient Care Excellence Ensure care plans meet patient needs and regulatory requirements Monitor patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes Support best practices that improve quality of care and patient experience Assist with clinical issue resolution when needed Regional Clinical Support Travel to assigned branches to provide hands-on clinical support and develop relationships with the patients and families served, as well as the nurses providing care Conduct branch clinical reviews and assessments Collaborate with branch leadership on action plans and quality initiatives Ensure consistent implementation of clinical standards across all markets Qualifications Required Current, active Florida Registered Nurse license in good standing Minimum five (5) years of progressive home care leadership experience Multi-site clinical oversight experience preferred Strong knowledge of home care regulations and accreditation standards Demonstrated success leading and developing clinical teams Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with patients, families, nurses and referral sources Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time throughout the Florida region Preferred BSN required; MSN preferred Experience with Joint Commission accreditation Experience leading quality improvement initiatives Pediatric home care experience What Success Looks Like The Florida Regional Clinical Manager will be measured by: Clinical Excellence High-quality patient outcomes Strong patient satisfaction scores Consistent clinical standards across branches Compliance & Risk Management Survey readiness Successful audits and accreditation reviews Reduced compliance deficiencies Leadership Development Strong DON performance and retention Development of future clinical leaders Effective clinical training and mentoring Quality Improvement Improvement in quality indicators Completion of corrective action plans Consistent implementation of best practices Join a Team That Leads With Compassion If you're an experienced nurse leader who enjoys mentoring teams, improving patient outcomes, and building clinical excellence across multiple locations, we'd love to meet you.
