You will have a very important position in our practice and represent our office to those who are trying to become an established patient with our practice. The New Patient Coordinator is responsible for handling/reviewing all necessary documents, records, and referrals needed to be scheduled as a patient. A wide variety of duties include but not limited to: Working with referring physician offices, answering questions from potential new patients and assisting them through the process, managing patient accounts with contact information, insurance and financial information in a confidential manner, answering multi-phone system, scheduling appointments, handling paperwork, keeping up on daily tasks etc. Part of this position's duties will be to ensure we are meeting our patient's needs and retaining patients. Looking for an experienced new patient coordinator with experience in: Availity Insurance Referrals High Call volume
