Job Description
River & Coast Women's Care is seeking a friendly, professional, and patient-focused front desk coordinator to join our growing women's health team in Jacksonville and St. Johns County. As the first point of contact for our patients, the Front Desk Receptionist plays a critical role in creating a welcoming and exceptional patient experience. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients with professionalism and compassion Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling and inquiries Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments Verify insurance information and collect co-pays Maintain accurate patient demographics and records Coordinate patient paperwork and registration forms Assist with patient check-out and follow-up appointments Communicate effectively with providers, clinical staff, and patients Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Qualifications Previous medical office or customer service experience preferred OB/GYN or women's health experience is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Experience with EMR and scheduling systems preferred What We Offer Competitive pay Comprehensive benefits package Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for career growth and advancement Supportive, physician-led team environment Beautiful, modern women's healthcare practice About River & Coast Women's Care River & Coast Women's Care is a physician-led women's healthcare practice providing comprehensive obstetric, gynecologic, breast, imaging, wellness, and aesthetic services throughout Northeast Florida.
