401k & Profit Sharing (After 1 year) Starting pay based on experience! We are looking for dedicated Surgical Coordinators for our rapidly growing practice! The Surgical Coordinator is committed to guiding the patient through the surgical process in a warm and comforting manner. They support the patient journey throughout the surgical process, from education, scheduling surgical and pre/post-operative visits, and assisting the patients while preparing for surgical treatments. No experience necessary - Willing to train the right person!
Requirements:
Basic understanding of Medical Terminology (preferably ophthalmology) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to interact with patients and employees in a courteous, professional manner at all times Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multi-task and function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of one year of experience in similar role preferred COA or COT certification is preferred
