Full-Time, Permanent, Hourly Join Our Team and Make a Difference! We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Patient Coordinator to be the friendly, professional voice of our medical office. In this role, you'll ensure every patient has a seamless experience while supporting our providers and office operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and love helping people, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
What You'll Do:
Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones and emails with professionalism and care. Schedule patient appointments efficiently, optimizing provider time and treatment room availability. Prepare and send office notes, medical records, and billing information to case managers and attorneys. Coordinate with the Personal Injury Supervisor on patient care, referrals, and documentation. Respond to patient inquiries, relay messages to providers, and ensure excellent communication across the team. Maintain accurate and organized patient records, safeguarding personal and financial information. Keep patient accounts up-to-date by recording and managing personal and financial details. Follow office policies and procedures to maintain smooth operations and suggest improvements when needed. Collaborate with colleagues to accomplish team goals and contribute to a positive, supportive office environment.
Requirements:

Strong multi-tasking skills with the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced setting. Exceptional telephone etiquette and customer service skills. Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail. Proficiency with scheduling, word processing, and spreadsheets. Professionalism, a quality-focused mindset, and a team-oriented attitude. Reliable transportation to ensure consistent attendance.
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ year of customer service experience. 1+ year of medical terminology knowledge. 1+ year of computer skills. eCW experience Required to pass a Level II background screening.
