Some of the responsibilities are:
Plan and direct the administrative portion of the assisted living program. Act as liaison for conflict resolution between staff, patients, family members, and physicians. Oversee staff operations, business planning, patient flow, and budget development in an assisted living facility. Ensure services are in compliance with professional standards, state, and federal regulatory requirements.Qualifications:
The position would oversee the Assisted Living Operations Must have a valid FloridaCORE ALF
Administrator Certification. Degree and/or experience in healthcare, gerontology, business, or related field (Preferred) Background supporting ability to read and interpret financial statements and manage a budget (Preferred)Benefits:
