Job Description

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Center Administrator for a leading healthcare client. This individual will oversee the full operational and financial performance of a health center, working closely with physicians and regional leadership to drive efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing clinic operations, improving workflows, and developing high-performing teams. This role requires a hands-on approach to daily operations, staff leadership, and strategic planning to ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Day-to-Day:
  • Oversee daily operations of the health center, including clinical and administrative teams
  • Manage provider schedules and patient flow to ensure efficiency
  • Develop and monitor budgets, expenses, and operational performance
  • Lead, mentor, and manage staff, including hiring and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
  • Monitor patient satisfaction and implement improvements
  • Partner with Regional leadership and Medical Director on strategy and clinic performance
  • Improve operational efficiency and implement best practices
  • Oversee billing processes and ensure policy compliance

  • 5+ years of experience in a primary care or healthcare setting
  • 3+ years of experience in a management or leadership role
  • Experience overseeing clinic/medical group operations
  • Experience managing budgets, operations, and staff performance
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, compliance standards)
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in healthcare or related field)
  • Experience in managed care or medical group environments
  • Experience with patient satisfaction programs (CAHPS, surveys, etc.)
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish
