, FL Full-Time Premier Endocrinology is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead operations for our growing endocrinology practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong healthcare leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about operational excellence and patient care. Responsibilities Manage daily office operations and staff workflow Supervise front desk, medical assistants, and administrative staff Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and customer service Monitor billing processes, collections, insurance verification, and prior authorizations Track KPIs including no-shows, productivity, collections, and patient satisfaction Coordinate hiring, onboarding, training, and staff performance Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and office policies Manage office supplies, vendors, and facility operations Work closely with providers to improve efficiency and support growth Qualifications 3+ years of healthcare office management experience Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of medical billing, scheduling, insurance workflows, and prior authorizations Experience with EMR systems ( eClinicalWorks preferred ) Endocrinology or specialty practice experience preferred but not needed Strong organizational and communication skills Compensation Competitive salary based on experience.
