Job Description

We are seeking a highly proactive, organized, and solution-oriented professional to join our growing healthcare practice as a Clinic Operations & Patient Experience Manager . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced healthcare environments, enjoys solving operational problems, improving patient experiences, and helping a medical practice operate efficiently while maintaining an outstanding reputation in the community. The right candidate will take ownership of patient access, scheduling efficiency, communication barriers, online reputation management, operational coordination, and continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities Ensure provider schedules remain optimized and efficiently filled Identify and resolve barriers preventing patients from accessing care in a timely manner Improve patient communication workflows and responsiveness Monitor and respond professionally to online reviews, complaints, and patient concerns Help strengthen the clinic's image and reputation within the community Improve patient experience from first contact through follow-up care Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to improve operational efficiency Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements Assist in resolving escalated patient service issues Track operational bottlenecks and help implement corrective solutions Help maintain high standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and patient satisfaction Ideal Candidate Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Professional and calm under pressure Experience in healthcare operations, medical office management, patient coordination, or customer service preferred Comfortable handling patient complaints and sensitive situations Familiarity with social media reputation management is a plus Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical improvements Qualifications Minimum 2 years experience in healthcare operations, medical office administration, patient services, or related field preferred Experience working in a medical clinic or healthcare environment strongly preferred Strong computer and communication skills Experience with EMR/EHR systems preferred What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who takes ownership, follows through, communicates effectively, and genuinely cares about improving the patient experience while helping the practice operate at a high level.
Pay:
$21.50 - $30.60 per hour
