ABM ORTHODONTICS
Patient Experience & Practice Coordinator Part-Time | Clearwater, FL | Flexible Schedule ABM Orthodontics is a boutique private practice built around precision care and exceptional patient experience. We're hiring our first team member — a genuine people person with sales instincts is a must. We'll train the right candidate on everything else. What You'll Do Patient Conversion Present treatment options and financial arrangements at consultations Follow up with prospective patients Collect patient payments and process financial agreements Send and confirm digital intake forms before appointments Front Desk & Phones Answer incoming calls, texts, and inquiries & manage voicemails Schedule and manage the consultation and treatment calendar Greet patients and maintain a polished, welcoming front desk presence Insurance & Admin Conduct insurance verification calls and document benefits accurately Track prior authorization requirements and submission status Communicate benefits to patients in plain, clear language End-of-day payment reconciliation Clinical Support Support instrument sterilization and processing & 3D printing lab workflow Growth & Referrals Ask patients for Google reviews Support referral outreach Represent ABM Orthodontics at community events as needed You're the Right Fit If You... Have a background in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles Are comfortable having financial conversations Pick up new systems quickly and work well without micromanagement Bring warmth and professionalism to every patient interaction Stay organized in a small-team environment Are eager to learn the clinical and operational side of orthodontic practice Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus Compensation Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience 6-month retention bonus Flexible part-time schedule Hands-on training To apply, email info@abmortho.com with a quick video with why you're a good fit.
