Job Purpose:

The Outpatient Supervisor I at

LIFESTREAM BEHAVIORAL CENTER

is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of outpatient services. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality behavioral health care to clients, maintains compliance with regulatory standards, and fosters a supportive environment for both staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a team of outpatient clinicians, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations. Oversee the scheduling and coordination of outpatient services to ensure efficient and effective client care. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of care. Collaborate with other departments to integrate services and improve client outcomes. Monitor and report on program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed. Facilitate staff meetings and training sessions to promote professional development and enhance service delivery. Address client concerns and complaints promptly, ensuring satisfactory resolution and maintaining client satisfaction. Assist in budget preparation and management, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet program goals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.

Required Education:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Required Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a behavioral health setting, preferably in outpatient services. Proven track record of supervisory or leadership experience in a clinical environment. Experience in coordinating and managing patient care services, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Required Skills and Abilities:

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and tasks efficiently. Ability to develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance service delivery. Proficient in using healthcare management software and electronic medical records systems. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Knowledge of current behavioral health practices, standards, and regulations. Ability to assess and address the needs of patients and staff in a dynamic outpatient setting.
